Overall Role Purpose To work as part of a team, effectively and efficiently carrying out assignments:

Administratively reports to and works alongside and in mutual cooperation with the Marketing and Communications Senior Officer and Assistant Manager.








Internal: Supporting team, Professionals, Managers and Partners within Grant Thornton Vietnam.


External: service providers, journalists, Grant Thornton International, and sometimes contact new prospects.

II.        Primary purpose


To provide a service to M&C whereby the 'digital' aspects of GTV communications receive the attention that part of our activity requires.


III.        Key Responsibilities


  • Maintain our website
  • Feed and improve business processes in the intranet, database, social media channels and other digital marketing facilities
  • Manage SEO
  • Support CRM campaigns to retain loyalty of current customers
  • Track, monitor to measure the impact of Digital marketing and CRM programs and report on effectiveness of campaigns
  • Get involved with all marketing activities to support

  • To maintain Grant Thornton Vietnam and Grant Thornton International brand awareness standards in all we do
  • To work according to the tasks as briefed

Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor degree in Marketing, IT

Other knowledge/skills/abilities

  • Must be a self-starter
  • Creative thinking; proactive, result-driven, problem solving
  • Experience in digital platform and design (website, social media, SEO, photoshop, illustrator )
  • Highly organised, and able to work well with staff at all levels in the organisation
  • Strong command of English, both written and oral
